The new Zero Clearance 60 from Brio is a top-hung aluminium track system designed to allow straight sliding door panels to operate in single or bi-parting applications. Also supplied with a low profile pelmet with a coloured fascia, the aluminium track system can be face fixed without bulky brackets while the easy-to-install hangers slide quietly inside.

Since the hanger plates are concealed inside the top of the door, there is minimal clearance between the panel and track, making Zero Clearance 60 a stylish solution for any residential or commercial installation. The discreet hardware works with Brio’s 60kg soft close, which catches and closes panels gently to minimise noise as well as protect little fingers from slamming doors.

The aluminium pelmet is available with a coloured fascia in a choice of five striking Dulux powdercoat colours as well as white and black or clear anodised. The five Dulux colours include Flame Red, Pale Eucalypt, Wedgewood, Burnished Copper and Venerable Silver.

The pelmet fascia can also be matched to custom colours based on project requirements.
