DMF International has supplied rapid roll doors to numerous pharmaceutical companies in both Australia and SE Asia. These applications require specialist doors that will perform under positive and negative air pressure, with minimal air leakage to maintain the working environment for critical production of medications and other pharma products.
The DMF RL3000 rapid door is suited to ISO 7 = Grade C environment; however, through their partnership with German company Efaflex, DMF can supply and install doors to meet ISO 6 and 5 conditions. The Efaflex SRT CR Cleanroom doors are a premium range on the market and have been used globally by many companies such as AstraZeneca, Mead Johnson, Proctor and Gamble and many more.
The doors come with a powdercoated finish, or in stainless 304 or 316 depending on the level needed, and the CR Premium door boasts the lowest air loss of any rapid roll door on the market globally.
DMF has completed a series of projects for AstraZeneca over the last few years, supplying Efaflex CR Efficient model doors in airlock clinical applications, certified to ISO 6. These doors were custom made to size and electrically interlocked to avoid any contamination via the airlock access. Another project recently completed is the Wollongong University, where doors needed to meet PC2 requirements, and the Series RL3000 door, made by DMF, was the solution.
