DMF International recently installed an Efaflex high speed spiral carpark door at a new residential building in Sydney CBD. Featuring an advanced roller shutter design, the Efaflex door is a very quick, secure model allowing simple integration with new or existing parking and building management systems.
The Sydney CBD project required a door model that would suit the low headroom design of the main parking access. The location of the high speed door as well as the complexities of the installation process were key challenges that were overcome successfully by the DMF team, resulting in excellent outcomes for the main contractor and the client.
Efaflex high speed doors are engineered to fit space-saving low lintel construction designs down to 300mm, making them ideal for office blocks, residential and commercial buildings as well as government parking areas.
Key features of Efaflex high speed carpark doors include operating speeds of 2 m/s; high wind load capacity; ability to operate hundreds of cycles per day; single or double walled extruded aluminium door blade available in a full range of powdercoat RAL colours or a combination of acrylic see-through glass or ventilated design; column-fitted full length light curtain safety sensor; and Efatronic controller enabling integration with many forms of access control.
Featuring a modern finish, Efaflex high speed doors must be a consideration for your next project. DMF International is Sydney-based with partners Australia-wide, and is a trained partner for German company Efaflex Gmbh.
