Maxton Fox was selected to manufacture and supply custom joinery and furnishings for Wentworth Leagues Club, Sydney during the first phase of the venue’s redevelopment. Wenty Leagues’ $80 million redevelopment plans aimed to position the club as Western Sydney’s premier dining and entertainment hub on completion.
Having outgrown its space, the club looked to include new building infrastructure as part of the redevelopment, along with various expansions to existing sites.
Designed by the Buchan Group with construction by ADCO, the redevelopment included:
- New 250-space car park
- A spacious marketplace, courtyard pavilion and alfresco dining area
- Function and meeting rooms
- Bars and a variety of different restaurants
- A grand entrance and reception area
Maxton Fox was selected as the leading manufacturer for joinery and furnishings through a lengthy and detailed tendering process. Their local facility and ability to manufacture high quality bespoke creations were key factors in their selection.
Phase 1 of the Wentworth Leagues Club redevelopment saw the completion of the marketplace, courtyard pavilion and alfresco dining area.
All joinery was manufactured, delivered and installed by Maxton Fox on-site working closely with the ADCO team. Specific items that were manufactured during Phase 1 of this project included:
- Bespoke joinery
- Wall panelling
- Kitchen joinery
- Bar joinery
- Banquet seating
- Toilets - basins, mirrors, partitions
- Outdoor seating
