Maxton Fox helped deliver two commercial projects in Double Bay, NSW through intensive collaboration with the project stakeholders throughout the design journey.
Maxton Fox worked with the talented team at Lords Group across the two projects located at No. 2 Guilfoyle, Double Bay: Baker Bleu on the ground floor with IF Architecture, and TDM offices upstairs with Interni Design Studio.
For the heavy commercial refurbishment project at the TDM office, Maxton Fox was engaged during the early stages to work closely with Interni and Lords Group across all details and finishes throughout the three floor levels.
Maxton Fox involved the teams heavily by allowing them to visit the factory to discuss key joinery pieces during the production process.
The joinery details in this project speak for themselves, highlighting the quality of workmanship and finish.
