Global alternative investment management firm Artesian Capital needed a new showcase workplace in central CBD Sydney that not only prioritised sustainability but also supported Australian businesses.
Designed by PMG Group, the office located at Level 4, 1 Castlereigh Street features furniture from Maxton Fox.
Selected as the preferred manufacturing partner, Maxton Fox worked closely with the client and PMG Group right from the early stages of the project, with their scope encompassing consulting on stability factors for architectural features, joinery, screen systems, finishes as well as workstation planning.
The team at Maxton Fox was able to provide that level of consultancy, local manufacturing and competitive budgeting across all the items.
The focus for Artesian’s Sydney HQ was very much about bringing the softer elements to the workplace and creating interesting elements of privacy as well as key zones on a limited floor plan, from client-worthy meeting areas to private social spaces for the staff.
Maxton Fox’s new Tasman workstation range is featured in this project and certainly brings that element of warmth to the floors with the natural timber design.
