Maxton Fox was engaged to supply a range of furniture for Sydney Water’s new contact centre designed by Woods Bagot in Liverpool, Sydney.
Sydney Water had moved into a larger site in Liverpool to accommodate more staff at the contact centre. With an award-winning customer service team, they sought to create an efficient work environment that would enable maximum collaboration between the staff to achieve even greater outcomes.
The brief was for workstations that would promote worker communication. In response, Maxton Fox supplied workstations with lower level screens that would allow for direct communication and collaboration between the staff, with peer to peer solutions at the ends of the workstations.
Products supplied by Maxton Fox for the Sydney Water project included loose furniture, break-out benches, general office joinery, toilet partitions, System 25 workstations and Mecco mobile pedestals.
