An automatic revolving door from ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems with a unique air curtain system was installed at the entrance of the Vlietland Hospital in The Netherlands to provide greater comfort and energy savings to the healthcare facility.

The hospital needed to ensure good accessibility and demarcated areas for staff and important visitors. ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems provided multiple systems including automatic revolving doors and sliding doors, an automatic revolving door with a diameter of 5.4 metres, and various swing door operators for the automation of both wooden single-action doors and fire-resistant doors.
